Our client who owns a poultry hatchery wants to fill the under listed position urgently.

Position: Poultry Hatchery Manager
Location: Ogun State
Qualification: DVM or Animal Science degree
Requirements
Must have at least 3years experience managing a poultry hatchery

Must be able to manage and coordinate hatchery activities

Oversee quality assurance program

Monitor facility equipment and repairs

Oversee hatchery sanitation

Keep a current knowledge of industry trends

Manage animal welfare program

Plan and oversee hatchery budget

Comply with all company policies and animal welfare guidelines in terms of maintaining a noiseless and conducive environment.

Manage chick care, maintenance, packing and transfer activities

Manage and maintain weekly hatch schedules

Direct supervision of employees in the Hatchery and in any other capacity as may be required by the Management.

Proactive in market trends in terms of pricing and selling of DOC.

Assist in sourcing clients for commercial hatching to fully utilize the Hatchery

Liaise with marketing departments in selling of the infertile and other sellable Hatchery wastes.

Keeping and submission of all records accurately and timely.

Liaise with PS section in order to proffer solutions in issues related to fertility hence increase in hatch ability.

Be a team player in general running of the Farm.

Position: Poultry Farm Supervisor

Location: Ijebu Ode area of Ogun state.
Qualifications

Must be a graduate of Agriculture
Must have proven experience in poultry farms management
Must be trustworthy
Must be able to source market for farm produce
