2. LEARN TO SAY THANK YOU. True. This may look very mundane and simple, but there is magic in appreciating your customers every time you come in contact with them. Thank them when they come. Thank them when they buy. Thank them when they pay. Thank them when they come again and again. Don’t stop appreciating your customers and you will keep appreciating in their eyes.

3. NEVER TAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS FOR GRANTED. A lot of farmers are making serious mistakes here. When a customer keeps coming, there is a tendency to start taking him for granted. Many times we may even ignore them and put more attention on prospects and new customers. Don’t do this! Never allow any of your customers to think that you are taking him or her for granted. If you keep taking them for granted, they will leave you for others who appreciate them and always make them feel important!
