Networking is it! I once read that you will be the same person you are today in the next five years except for two things: the people you meet and the books you read. The people you meet from time to time will shape up your practice if you consciously network. I once tried to help advance the career of a poultry veterinarian by giving him opportunity on my platforms to boost his practice, but he doesn’t seem to recognise this golden opportunity.
