  1. BE INNOVATIVE

You can take your practice to new levels every year by being innovative. There are so many innovative ways to boost your poultry practice. There is no difficulty on the field that cannot be overcome by simply being innovative. Always try to think outside the box. There are so many opportunities for veterinarians in the poultry sector, but being innovative is very important. What does it take to be innovative? Look out for my subsequent posts on this on this website.

  1. BE CONNECTED

Networking is it! I once read that you will be the same person you are today in the next five years except for two things: the people you meet and the books you read. The people you meet from time to time will shape up your practice if you consciously network. I once tried to help advance the career of a poultry veterinarian by giving him opportunity on my platforms to boost his practice, but he doesn’t seem to recognise this golden opportunity. Believe me, you can’t get far in poultry practice or any practice without being connected. Haven’t you heard that your network is your net worth?

  1. BE FOCUSED

Focus is key in any business. The more focused you are, the better your poultry practice will become. What we focus on, grows. People always tell me that they like my being very focused as a publisher of FARMING ADVICE DIGEST. I must admit that being focused is one of my cherished strengths in life and business. Be focused and you will reap untold rewards in life and business.
