Don’t get me wrong. It’s good to pursue new customers or prospects, but your current loyal customers are superior to them. Your current customers need more attention than the upcoming ones.

We all know that it cost energy, time and money to get new customers. Your current customers are bringing money constantly to you at little or no cost to you! Believe me, current customers are gold! They are like money in the bank. Never underestimate them! Never take them for granted!
