1. All post incorporation filings dated earlier than 1st January 2021 can be submitted by email or through designated courier companies.
However, all payment made for such filings from 1st January, 2021 must be in line with the new schedule of fees.
2. To register your proposed business, the first step is to create an account by visiting pre.cac.gov.ng. Kindly click on the icon ‘create account’ and submit your details. Shortly afterwards, a username and password would be forwarded to your designated email address.
3. A major and remarkable feature of the new system is the introduction of E-certificate. The commission has introduced and adopted issuance of E-certificate as against the former manual system where customers have to walk into the Commission to pick up the certificates.

4. How it works now!
Upon completion of the registration of any entity on the portal, your registration is approved by the Commission seamlessly, the certificate is automatically generated to your dashboard where you can download and print it yourself at your convenience.
5. Esteemed Customers can access the upgraded Companies Registration Portal (CRP) via these links: pre.cac.gov.ng/home and post.cac.gov.ng/login
