Gombe State Set to Unveil Rice Pyramid
Gombe State Government is set to host the rice festival in the North-East Zone where its rice pyramid would be unveiled.
The state, which is at the forefront in rice production in the northeast is justifying the success of the current administration’s agricultural revolution in Gombe State and Nigeria at large.

Eleven large rice pyramids have been aggregated with over three hundred thousand bags of paddy rice so far and still counting and the pyramids are expected to be unveiled rice festival.
Gombe state keyed into the current efforts championed by the CBN through the Anchor Borrowers’ Programme to galvanise agricultural production and achieve food sufficiency to meet the growing population of Nigeria.

Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya who has always emphasized that the agricultural transformation drive of his administration is geared towards harnessing the vast potentials in the sector.
