Requirements
Must be a graduate of Fishery or Aquaculture with hands on experience managing a Fish Farm.
Must possess between 3 to 5 years’ of experience
Must possess good management experience to successfully manage a Fish farm to make profits.
Must be able hatch and manage catfish to market size.
Must be able to manage the farm with little or no supervision to deliver a progressive growth in capacity and profitability.
Must be ready to stay on the farm
Salary is between 60k to 70k depending on your level of experience with other benefits and bonuses
