Learn More1. PLANTATION FARM SUPERVISOR
LOCATION: IDO ANI, ONDO STATE
REQUIREMENTS
Must be an ND or NCE holder in crop related field or general agriculture
Must be ready to live on the farm
Salary is 20k including other bonus for productivity
Feeding and accommodation is free
Must be able to manage cocoa, banana, oil palm plantations
Must be able to manage food crop production such as yam, maize and cassava
Must be able to manage and supervise 15 workers to make sure assigned duties are carried out as at when due.
Must be able to manage farm records to give accurate report of what is going on on the farm
Must be able to work with little supervision
2. FARM MANAGER
LOCATION: OBA,KOBAPE, ABEOKUTA
REQUIREMENTS
Must be a graduate of Animal Science that posses technical animal health management
Must be innovative and posess and enquiry mindset
Must be able to efficiently manage both layers and broiler with 90 productivity and 2% mortality respectively
Must understand good biosecurity measures and management
Must be able to work with little or no supervision
Must be proactive and be able to grow the farm based on set targets and goals
Salary is between 70k to 90k depending on your level of experience and certain percentage of it will be based on your productivity
FARM SUPERVISOR
LOCATION: PORT HARCOURT, RIVER STATE
REQUIREMENTS
Must be a graduate of Agriculture who has worked in similar role
Must possess minimum 2 years of experience
The person should be able to handle a farm with 3000 broiler of about 3 generations and 2000 layers as we progress.
Must possess good work ethics and technical abilities to manage both layers and broilers
Must be ready to live on the farm
Accommodation is available and feeding is subsidised
Salary for is between 50k and 60k depending on the persons performance at the interview. This salary will improve as we progress and upon confirmation of the person’s abilities on the farm.
