Our client, a reputable Farm located in Otta Area of Ogun State and branches in different states in Nigeria, wants to fill the Positions below with qualified candidates
1. PIGGERY MANAGER
The Goal of the role includes:
To oversee all operations in the farm and ensuring all aspect of running a profitable commercial pig farm are met, managing, and ensuring welfare of pigs.

Responsible for managing and overseeing the breeding and raising of grandparent pigs.
Implementing and maintaining breeding programs to ensure the quality and generic diversity of grandparent pigs.
Keeping accurate and precise records of piggery operations.
What we are looking for.
Candidate must possess a Minimum of bachelor’s degree in animal science, Veterinary Science, Animal Production and Health or Animal Nutrition.
Master’s degree or other degrees in Business Management, Finance, Agribusiness, Production, or related subject would be an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years and above working experience as a piggery manager
Must have experience in commercial pig breeding and piggery workmanship.
Candidate must possess proven leadership skills.
Candidate must be an effective communicator, passionate and committed.
Must be detail oriented and well organized with a great ability to multitask.
Knowledge with the regulatory bodies regarding pig farming and value addition.
Candidate should be proficient in computer knowledge generally.
Knowledge of environmental and biosecurity management.
2. COMMERCIAL BROILER – PRODUCTION MANAGER
The Goal of the role includes:
To oversee all operations in the farm and ensuring all aspect of running a profitable commercial broiler farm are met, managing and ensuring welfare of birds.
About the Role:
Responsible for managing Commercial Broiler with 100,000 to 160,000 capacity to cropping stage in 38days and not less than 8 pen houses.
Placement of over 40,000 day old chicks weekly.
What we are looking for;
Candidate must possess a Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Science, Animal Production and Health Science or Animal Nutrition.
Master’s degree or other degrees in Business Management, Finance, Agribusiness, Production or related subject would be an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years and above working experience as a Production Manager
Must have experience in commercial broiler breeding and poultry stockmanship
Candidate must possess proven leadership skills
Candidate must be an effective communicator, passionate and committed
Must be detail oriented and well organized with a great ability to multitask
Knowledge with the regulatory bodies regarding poultry farming and value addition
Candidate should be proficient in computer knowledge generally
Knowledge of environmental and biosecurity management
3. COMMERCIAL BROILER – SUPERVISOR
The Goal of the role includes:
To oversee all operations in the farm and ensuring all aspect of running a profitable commercial broiler farm are met, managing and ensuring welfare of birds.
About the Role:
Responsible for managing Commercial Broiler with 40,000 – 80,000 capacity to cropping stage in 38days and not less than 4 pen houses.
Placement of over 40,000 day old chicks weekly.
What we are looking for;
Candidate must possess a Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Science, Animal Production and Health Science or Animal Nutrition.
Master’s degree or other degrees in Business Management, Finance, Agribusiness, Production or related subject would be an added advantage.
Minimum of 3 years and above working experience as a commercial broiler supervisor
Must have experience in commercial broiler breeding and poultry stockmanship.
Candidate must possess proven leadership skills
Candidate must be an effective communicator, passionate and committed
Must be detail oriented and well organized with a great ability to multitask
Knowledge with the regulatory bodies regarding poultry farming and value addition
Candidate should be proficient in computer knowledge generally
Knowledge of environmental and biosecurity management
4. FEEDMILL MANAGER
The Goal of the role includes:
Responsible for overseeing and reviewing production records, scheduling feed production, keeping inventory of feed ingredients and managing the production personnels.
Responsible for the production, quality, cost and safety of feed produced for commercial broiler production.
What we are looking for;
Candidate must possess a Master’s degree or Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s degree in Animal Nutrition or Animal Science
Minimum of 5 years of working experience as a Feed mill Manager
Not more than 40 years of age.
Candidate must be responsible for the formulation of feed for broiler birds
Candidate must possess proven leadership skills
Candidate must be an effective communicator, passionate and committed
Candidate must be responsible for coordinating operations within the feed mill
Ability to supervise technical operations of feed mill machines
Responsible for preparing routine operational reports for management’s attention
Must be detail oriented and well organized with a great ability to multitask
Candidate should be proficient in computer knowledge generally
Knowledge of environmental and biosecurity management
Any other responsibilities or assignments given by the management.
5. Stores Manager
The Goal of the role includes:
To keep track of information in order to keep supply chains on schedule and ensuring proper scheduling, record keeping and inventory control.
About the Role:
Responsible for daily computation of reports
Responsible for checking inventory records for accuracy
Responsible for inspection of items and products for damages or breakage
What we are looking for;
HND or bachelor’s degree in any related field
Solid knowledge and understanding inventory management
Minimum of 5 years experience as a Stores Manager or related position. Poultry farm experience is also an added advantage.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word,
PowerPoint and Excel)
Knowledge of ERP is an added advantage.
Candidate must be a male not older than 40yrs of age.
Possesses integrity and ability to maintain accurate and confidential records.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Accurate and precise attention to detail
Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels
Goal-oriented, organized team player
