1. PLANT MANAGER RICE MILL
LOCATION: EJIBA, KOGI STATE.
REQUIREMENTS
Learn MoreMust be a graduate with minimum 7 years of experience managing a RICE MILL
Must understand the standard of operation that will give best products from the mill
Must have practical hands on experience in rice milling and the value chain
Must be able manage both the staff and the resources of the mill to meet required targets
Must be honest, smart/hard working
Accommodation is available within the facility

2. PIG FARM SUPERVISOR
LOCATION: ILESHA, OSUN STATE
REQUIREMENTS
Must be a graduate of Agriculture who has worked in similar role for minimum of 2 years post NYSC
Must have good and practical experience managing pigs from the right pig breed, housing, Nutrition/feed formulation and health management
Must be able work inline with the standard operating procedures for biosecurity
Must have basic knowledge of PowerPoint presentations, data entry in Excel and proper record keeping
Must understand the various business models in pig production and be able to effectively implement any of them
Must be honest and hardworking
Must be ready to work with the farm management to achieve set targets and goals
Must be ready to work in line with the goals and objective of the farm
Accommodation is available within the farm

3. PRODUCTION MANAGER
LOCATION: EDO STATE
REQUIREMENTS
Must be a graduate of Animal Science
Must possess minmum 5 years of experience in Layer and broiler production
Must be able manage and drive growth for the farm business
Must have indept and practical knowledge of poultry health, biosecurity and nutrition/feed formulation
Must be able to meet various production targets that will be set by Farm management
