  1. Mind your workers

    Sensitive times like this call for careful dealing with farm workers to get the best from them and maximize available resources for better results. So? Be nice to your workers. Release the lazy or mediocre ones. Reward the resourceful ones.

    6. Mind your own health!

    Whatever it is, guard your health jealously. Don’t internalise the struggles of the moment. Never forget that health is wealth. And he who fights to run away, lives to fight another day…

7. Prepare for things to change

The truth is that things will ultimately change for the better. In my over 30 years in the poultry industry, challenges have been constant. But, I have also observed that following every challenging times are windfalls. Are you ready for the coming windfall? Do not forget that after the rains come the sunshine!
