Sterling Women & Youth in Agric Finance (SWAY-AgFin) is a product program targeted at youths and women within 18-35 years who are involved in all levels of the Agric value chain and subsectors generally. Prospect beneficiaries include the Smallholder farmers and SMEs into primary production, processors, input providers, traders.

This program is scheduled to end in 2024. The funds will be available to all prospect beneficiaries for a maximum of 18 months at a single-digit interest rate of 9%.

Objectives:

The goal of this project is to

• To provide access to finance for the unbanked and under-banked.

• To equip small holder farmers and SMEs with financial services including requite financial

knowledge needed to grow their business. Categories of individuals that can benefit this includes:

• Smallholders: NGN250,000

• Retail: NGN5Million

• SMEs: NGN20million

• Cooperative groups: NGN25million

• Anchor companies: NGN50million
