2. TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE
LOCATION: EDO/DELTA
REQUIREMENTS
Must be a DVM holder or an animal scientist
Must have a good knowledge of marketing veterinary drugs and feed additives.
Must possess minimum of 2 years of experience working in similar role

3. FARM VETERINARIAN ( Poultry and Large Animal)
Location: EDO State
Must be a DVM holder
The person will oversee the technical aspects of poultry health management. Must posses minmum of 7 years experience working in similar role
Must understand proactive methods of ensuring good poultry and large Animal health
Must understand proper biosecurity management
Must be hardworking and have good work ethics
Must be ready to work in line with the goals and objectives of the company
Must be ready to stay on the farm

4. FARM SUPERVISOR
LOCATION: EDO STATE
REQUIREMENTS
Must be an HND holder in Animal Production and Health
Must good knowledge of poultry production
Must be honest and hard working
Must be able to coordinate some farm attendants.
Must be ready to stay on the farm
Must be able to keep proper farm records
Must be able to carry out other duties as the job may require
5. FARM VETERINARIAN
Location: WARRI Delta State
Must be a DVM holder
The person will oversee the technical aspects of poultry health management. Must posses minmum of 5 years experience working as a poultry farm veterinarian.
Must understand proactive methods of ensuring good poultry health
Must understand proper biosecurity management
Must be hardworking and have good work ethics
Must be ready to work in line with the goals and objectives of the company

6. ANIMAL SCIENTIST
LOCATION WARRI Delta State
REQUIREMENTS
Must be a graduate of Animal Science that posses technical animal health management experience
Must be innovative and posess and enquiry mindset
Must be able to efficiently manage both layers and broiler with great results
Must understand good biosecurity measures and management
Must be able to work with little or no supervision
Should possess feed milling experience
Must be proactive and be able to grow the farm based on set targets and goals

7. BROILER PROCESSING MANAGER
LOCATION: KWARA STATE
Job Objective:
– Provide strategic supports by leading and coordinating the broiler processing operation in a manner that optimizes the available human and material resources, and compliant with the approved corporate standards, policies, practices and forecast to achieve agreed production and financial targets
– Contribute to the attainment of the company’s strategic objectives by constantly improving on the
product yield percentage/efficiency targets, capacity utilization, approved policies, procedures,
programs and blueprint across the production sections namely:
– Production
– Cold chain & stock management
– Facility maintenance
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate the broiler processing operation by; Ensuring availability of production inputs/raw materials necessary for daily production to take place.
Ensuring the processing operations, finished products and other unit activities are conducted professionally and in compliance to company’s stipulated SOPs, regulatory standards and protocols and same is confirmed with checklist or other applicable documents.
Developing daily workplan and ensuring proper planning & implementation to achieve desired result leading compliance at the subunits/sections to set hygiene protocols related to the plant operation, equipment and personnel that guarantees production of wholesome product
Providing innovative ideas that can facilitate achievement of the operational business objectives
Participate in drawing up of strategic and actionable plans, annual production and manpower
forecasts for the division towards the achievement of business objectives and goals for the financial year
Commit to food safety and quality assurance objectives by developing control around the flow of product which guarantees: prudent stock management and only products that meet the company, customers and regulatory specification are dispatched from factory to the final customers
Mentor reporting assignees by providing technical /professional guidance towards their capacity development
Conduct weekly meeting to evaluate performance of respective sections or flock under the unit Approve off-duty roster submitted by reporting supervisors for officers and attendants
Ensure good maintenance of all processing equipment and facilities in your section
Keep accurate record of production, inventory, grading, finished products and collates requisites report on daily basis which tracks:
Product yield per specification/SKU
Mortality in line
Facility and raw material utilizations (packaging material usage)
Production & financial performances in relation to budget submit monthly assessment report of your supervisors based on set KPIs and co-sign their annual performance appraisal forms.
Carry-out other functions that may be assigned to you by Head of Food Processing or the
management from time-to-time in attainment of the department goals
Key Result Areas:
1) Carcass Retention (%): actual vs target
2) Offal & Chicken Parts Retention (%): actual vs target
3) Whole Chicken Production Volume (kg): achieved quarterly production volume vs target
4) Operation Profit Margin/Contribution: actual vs target
5) Capacity utilization: actual utilization vs agreed benchmark/target
6) Reporting: compliance with agreed reporting timelines
Skills, Competencies and Requirements:

Educational Qualifications/Experience:

16) Professional Qualification or Additional Educational Qualification will be added advantage
