1. FEEDMILL MANAGER
LOCATION: AKute, Ogun State
The Goal of the role includes:
Learn MoreResponsible for overseeing and reviewing production records, scheduling feed production, keeping inventory of feed ingredients and managing the production personnels.
Candidate must be a to formulate and produce floating fish feed.
Responsible for the production, quality, cost and safety of feed produced.
What we are looking for;
Candidate must possess a Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s degree in Animal Nutrition or Animal Science
Minimum of 2 years of working experience as a Feed mill Manager
Candidate must be able to formulate feed for fish, poultry and other animals
Candidate must possess proven leadership skills
Candidate must be an effective communicator, passionate and committed
Candidate must be responsible for coordinating operations within the feed mill
Ability to supervise technical operations of feed mill machines
Responsible for preparing routine operational reports for management’s attention
Must be detail oriented and well organized with a great ability to multitask
Candidate should be proficient in computer knowledge generally
Knowledge of environmental and biosecurity management
Any other responsibilities or assignments given by the management.

2. FARM ACCOUNTANT
LOCATION: BENIN
Qualification: Bsc or HND in accounting,
Must be a chartered Accountant
Minimum of yrs experience (past experience in an Agro environment is an added advantage).
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skils
Must be able oversee preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets.
Must be resident in Benin or be willing to relocate
– Oversee the production of periodic financial reports; ensures that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting practices/financial reporting standards/industry standards.
Establishe Financial control and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation.
– Responsible for Fixed Asset and Inventory Accounting, Financial Accounting and Reporting, Statutory Schedules, Monthly Accruals and Prepayment, etc.
Must have relevant practical & indepth Manual Accounting experience, IT Proficiency especially on MS Office suit and automated accounting programs
Be able to carry out any other responsibilities or assignments given by Management
3. AGRONOMIST (FARM SUPERVISOR)
LOCATION: IJEBU, OGUN STATE
REQUIREMENTS
Must be a graduate of crop production
Must posess minimum 1 year hands on experience working with Greenhouse and open field.
A fresh graduate with experience working on vegetables both in the green House and open field.
Must be able to effectively supervise workers to get the best results
Must possess a Growth Mindset
Must have practical experience in crop management to get maximum yield
Must be honest and hardworking
Salary is 60,000
