  1. Work on your attitude every single day. Become a better you! Attitude is more important than knowledge. Certificate without character is poverty glorified. Attitude is everything. Attitude will get you a great job anywhere. We all need attitude adjustments every now and then to move forward in life. Your life and career is your attitude.

 

  1. Network. Move around. Attend seminars and conferences. Circulate so that you don’t stagnate! In these days of online incredible connectivity, get into as many online Agric platforms as possible. Any positive thing can happen when you keep networking with people in your industry.
