• A bachelor’s degree in animal science, microbiology, biochemistry or any related field

• A minimum of 3 years relevant experience.

• Knowledge of veterinary medications, vaccines, and the management of concentrates, premixes, micro-nutrient and other feed additives.

• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, ERP, and Excel)

• Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions

• Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts

• Possesses integrity and ability to maintain accurate and confidential records

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

• Accurate and precise attention to detail

• Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels

• Goal-oriented, organized team player

2. PROCUREMENT SUPERVISOR I

LOCATION: OGUN AND OYO STATE 

The Goal of the role includes:

To determine the best sources of supplies for the company by researching vendors

that provide quality supplies at a fair price, negotiating contracts, establishing

quality standards for purchasing, organizing the ordering, delivery of supplies.

About the Role:

• Responsible for creating strategies for long-term supply purchases that best suit the company

• Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases

• Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment

• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data

• Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options

• Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies

• Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts

• Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality

• Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development

• Work with team members and procurement manager to complete duties as needed

What we are looking for;

• Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or related field preferred

• Candidate should possess moderate to advanced expertise in procuring of grains and commodities.

• Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy, and systems

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as a procurement officer or related position

• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Navision, and Excel)

• Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions

• Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts

3. RETAIL OUTLET MANAGER

LOCATIONS : OGUN STATE, OYO STATE 

The Goal of the role includes:

To ensure the smooth operation of the retail stores and delivering an excellent customer experience.

What we are looking for:

❖ Minimum of HND or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Economics, or any related field.

❖ Minimum of 3 years, and above experience.

❖ Proficient Computer Skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Power Point, Navision, and Excel).

❖ Sales Targets be involved in setting sales goals such as meeting or exceeding sales targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to boost sales.

❖ Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service as a top priority. Manager should be able to create a positive shopping environment, and address customer concerns or complaints promptly.

❖ Inventory Management: Keeping track of inventory levels, ordering products, and managing stock rotation to prevent overstocking or running out of popular items.

❖ Team Management: be responsible for overseeing, and leading the store team by hiring, training, and scheduling staff to ensure adequate coverage during operating hours.

❖ Visual Merchandising: The Manager will be responsible for the store’s layout, and visual presentation. This includes organizing displays, arranging merchandise, and ensuring the store is visually appealing to customers.

❖ Loss Prevention: Implementing security measures to prevent theft or loss of merchandise.

❖ Budgeting and Financial Reporting: Manager will be involved in budgeting, and financial planning for the store. This includes tracking expenses, analyzing financial reports, and making decisions to optimize profitability.

❖ Compliance: Ensuring that the store operates within the legal, and regulatory guidelines is essential. This includes compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and industry – specific regulations.

❖ Communication: must be able to communicate effectively with both the team and higher management. Manager often report on store performance, provide updates on sales trends, and share feedback from customers, and staff.

❖ Problem Solving: must be adept at problem solving, whether it’s addressing staffing issues, resolving customer complaints, or adapting to changes in the market.

❖ Reporting: Work directly, and report to the Executive Director – Marketing and Development
